Borrowing Card Management

一、每位读者只能申请一个借阅证。

I.        Each reader can apply for one borrowing card only.

（一）所需资料

(I)        Required Documents

有效证件（本公告中的“有效证件”指身份证、户口簿、军人证、护照、港澳台同胞回乡证、广州社会保障（市民）卡、残疾人证等。）

Valid documents (the "valid documents" of the bulletin refers to ID card, residence booklet, armyman certificate, passport, Hong Kong and Macao fellow return home certificate, Guangzhou social security (public) card, disability certificate, and so on.)

（二）借阅证类别

(II)        Borrowing Card Categories

l 成人书刊借阅证：每次可借15册成人图书和2本成人期刊，书籍及期刊借期为31天。

l Adult's Book Borrowing Card: 15 adult's books and 2 adult's journals each time, books and journals are limited to 31 borrowing days.

l 少儿书刊借阅证：每次可借15册少儿图书和2本少儿期刊，书籍及期刊借期为31天。

l Children's Book Borrowing Card: 15 children's books and 2 children's journals, books and journals are limited to 31 borrowing days.

（三）说明

(III)        Remarks

1、 读者首次办理我馆借阅证不收取押金及工本费，如今后补办或重办借阅证每次需收５元工本费。

1.        The first time for a reader to apply for a borrowing card will be free of any deposit and fee, but RMB 5 will be charged for each re-application/re-issue of the borrowing card.

2、 我馆借阅证既可外借图书，也可外借期刊，外借期刊每次最多2册。

2.        A borrowing card enables to borrow books or journals, 2 journals each time.

3、 我馆原有借4册及２册馆内图书的读者从2016年12月28日起可借15册馆内图书。

3.        The readers who can borrow 4 books and 2 library books can borrow 15 library books since December 28, 2016.

4、 14岁以下青少年须申请少儿书刊借阅证，14岁以上读者（包含14岁）须申请成人书刊借阅证。

4.        The adolescents under 14 should apply for children's book borrowing cards, and the readers over 14 (inclusive) should apply for adult book borrowing cards.

5、 读者逾期未归还书刊的，按照过期天数每天每册1角收取滞纳金。

5.        If a reader fails to return books before the deadline, each book will be charged RMB0.01 per day.
